While working for a previous employer, Jon Altschuld was in charge of 3D modeling and visualization during the design stages of widening the Twin Tunnels (now named the Veterans Memorial Tunnels). Jon modeled the intricate and complex tunnel portals into existing conditions, and did live modeling during design meetings/charettes to explore multiple design options. Final renderings were used to evaluate different alternatives with stakeholders during the Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) process.

The project also included a major restoration of Clear Creek and construction of the Old Game Check Station trailhead for the Clear Creek Greenway.
