While working for a prior employer, Jon Altschuld modeling and rendered the concept design for a new economic hub at Exit 240 on I70 in Idaho Springs. The original concept was only developed in 2D plan view, and Jon's modeling uncovered major grading busts. Because this modeling was completed during the planning phase, adjustments were made to the concept plan in order to make it feasible and realistic.
