While working for a previous employer, Jon Altschuld completed the conceptual design for a new power plant building for the University of Iowa. The design had to meet the University's high architectural design expectations while still meeting the functional needs of the power plant facilities. The design was completed in 3D while working with mechanical engineers on the technical aspects of the power plant design.
