Following the 2013 Colorado flood, several flood recovery projects were completed in and around Estes Park. While working for a previous employer, Jon Altschuld helped to design a number of 'Priority Projects' to 30% design. Most of these projects focused on areas of Fish Creek upstream of Lake Estes. Following the 30% design, these areas were further prioritized based on available funding for final design and construction.
